WHAT TO EXPECT
Everything you need to know before booking The Marching Elite
Book Early
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance minimum. Spring and fall festival season dates fill quickly — reach out early to secure your date.
Contract Required
All bookings require a signed Performance Services Contract. Your date is not secured until the contract and 50% non-refundable deposit are both received.
Payment Schedule
50% non-refundable deposit is due at contract signing. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 days before your event. No checks accepted.
Professional Ensemble
Our youth performers ages 8–24 train year-round. TME provides all instruments, uniforms, and sound equipment — we arrive fully self-sufficient.
Hospitality Required
Clients must provide refreshments (water, sparkling water, soda, M&Ms, Starburst) and a complete meal for all parade events or any event exceeding 3 hours. This is non-negotiable.
Travel Available
We serve the Baltimore–DC metro area and beyond. Travel fees apply for distances over 25 miles. Events 150+ miles require a custom quote including transportation and lodging.
Rain Date Options
Reserve a guaranteed rain date for $500 (credited toward your fee if used). Without a reserved date, rescheduling depends on TME's availability at the time of cancellation.
Media Rights
All performance recordings and photos are exclusively owned by The Marching Elite Foundation. Any public use — including social media, marketing materials, or websites — requires a Media Rights Agreement.

Submit Inquiry
Complete our bookings questionnaire with your event details, date, location, and ensemble preferences.
Consultation
A TME representative will contact you within 3–5 business days to review your event needs, confirm availability, and discuss pricing.
Sign & Deposit
Review and sign the Performance Services Contract and submit your 50% non-refundable deposit. Your date is officially secured once both are received.
Performance Day
Sit back and enjoy. The Marching Elite arrives fully prepared — instruments, uniforms, and energy — ready to deliver an unforgettable show.
