Dennis co-founded The Marching Elite in 2001 and has led the organization since its official establishment in 2006. His vision and dedication have transformed TME into Maryland's premier youth marching arts organization.

Oversees all educational programs and ensures the highest quality of instruction across all TME disciplines including drumline, dance, color guard, and instrumental music.

Leads the instrumental music programs including the Mid-Atlantic Sounds and Elite All-Stars Marching Band, bringing professional-level music education to Baltimore youth.
ContactDance Director
Leads the Elite Fire Dance Team programs, specializing in HBCU majorette, jazz, and ballet styles. Brings competitive dance experience from regional and national circuits.
