The Marching Elite Music and Arts After-School Program

The Marching Elite Music and Arts is an after-school program located at the Oliver Community Center for the youth of Baltimore City in grades 4th through 8th. The program operates Monday - Friday from 3 pm to 6:30 pm. Students are able to participate in instrumental music, percussion, dance or color guard while receiving academic support, nutritious meals and snacks, and transportation to and from the program.

Participants perform in community events around Baltimore City and football and basketball games at area schools.
